At Rhys Otoo Enterprise, we provide vehicle acquisition consulting and representation services. Our fees cover professional expertise, access to licensed dealer networks, and administrative coordination.

• Refund Terms:

  • Non-Refundable Once Services Begin – All fees become non-refundable once we begin work on your request (including vehicle search, auction registration, or dealer outreach).

  • Client Cancellation Before Services Begin – If you cancel before sourcing work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund at management’s discretion. Administrative and processing costs will be deducted.

  • No Guarantee of Purchase – We facilitate acquisition opportunities but cannot guarantee a winning bid, successful purchase, or specific vehicle outcome.

  • Written Requests – Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rhysotoo.com within 7 calendar days of your transaction date.

  Governing Law:

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
